• What exactly does a mobile bartending service do?

We come to your location with all of the necessary bar essentials for your event, including the bar! We give the full bar experience so you can save money, stress-less, and fully customize drinks and services to match your event.

• How does a Dry-Hire bar work?

In Minnesota, a dry-hire bar means that bartenders and mobile bar service cannot sell or provide alcohol due to state liquor laws. The client or event host is responsible for purchasing and supplying the alcohol (with our help), while we provide the bartending service, set-up, and all the essentials.

• What types of events do you serve?

We do almost any type of event. Weddings, milestone parties, birthdays, corporate events, backyard get-togethers. We just ask that you check with your venue to make sure you're able to provide your own alcohol.

Pricing & Packages

• How much do your services cost, PLUS the alcohol I have to provide?

This really depends on your guest count. We use a formula based on how heavy your drinkers are and what type of alcohol you want to provide.
For example, if you have an event of 100 people, moderate drinkers & mid-range alcohol + my services for 5 hours (no add-ons) it will likely cost around $1,860. This is about 1/3 of the cost you would be paying at a traditional venue or restaurant.

• What's included in your packages?

Being a 1st year company, we provide a lot compared to others. We include cups, straws, napkins, ice, and the entire bar! All bar equipment including; shakers, muddlers, coolers, and any other necessary bar tools for your event. You also get our expertise on what drinks to serve, what alcohol to buy, and how much you need.

• Is there a deposit required to book?

Yes. Once you have signed our contract, you will be required to pay 50% of your invoice to book your event. The last 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.

Logistics & Setup

• What do I need to provide for setup?

Space for our bar set-up, adequate lighting (if outside), and for all alcohol to be dropped in the general location of the bar.

• How much space do you need for the bar?

It depends on the size of your event. For smaller events, we need a 6x6 area. For a larger event we need a 10x10 area.

• How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you know you have a confirmed event date, and a rough guest count. Summer and early fall are the busiest times, so the sooner the better!

Legal & Insurance

• Are you insured?

We are! We have general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.

• Do you check IDs and handle responsible service?

We take responsible alcohol service seriously and are trained to check IDs and follow responsible serving practices. This is for guest & host protection to ensure a fun, safe, and worry-free event for everyone.

Extras & Special Requests

• Can we rent glassware from you?

Unfortunately, we do not rent glassware. You may choose to rent glassware from another business, but we do not have the means to clean it at the end of the event, or are responsible for any broken glasses.

• Can you accommodate themed or custom cocktails?

Absolutely! We love to be creative and make your event special. We can create a custom cocktail(s) that match your event by special cups, garnishes, flavors, and names.
